Looking for something where you can move slowly, hold postures and build strength? Try Slow Flow
Want to move more quickly and get you heart beating? Vinyasa Flow is perfect
You can get a little of both with our Yin Yang Class, it starts with a vinyasa flow and ends with yin stretching.
Want a purely relaxing restorative class with pillows and blankets? Restorative Yoga is the answer, it's like taking a yoga nap.
Slow Flow: Hip and Shoulders
This class starts off nice and slow with hip openers and wonderful shoulder and neck stretches. Class includes warrior 3, pigeon and stand figure four pose. It's is perfect for those are seated for much of their day, opening up the shoulders and upper back as well as hips.
Vinyasa Flow 1
Vinyasa Flow: This class incorporates the rhythmic parts of vinsaya flow, linking our breath and movement with moments of stillness. Postures will build strength and flexibility and cultivate stillness in your body and mind. All levels welcome, the instructor will provide support for individuals new to yoga and the more experienced yogi.
Purely Restorative Relaxation
Grab a 3-4 pillows and find a place to set you mat next the wall. This will be an hour of super relaxing passive stretching with pillows and blankets, like a yoga nap . You will be on your mat and pillows the whole time but still opening up an stretching parts of your body.
