This is a gentle class, with a subtle flow that will ground you, stretch your body and activate a sense of relaxation. Take a break from the daily hustle and find respite in slow rhythmic movement, longer holds and sometimes restorative postures. Appropriate for those new to yoga and the more experienced yoga practitioner looking for a gentle flow and relaxation
Weekly classes require cancellations to be at least 2 hours in advance for a full refund. Massage, Thai bodywork, yoga therapy appointments and workshops require cancellations to be at least 24 hours in advance for a refund. The full session rate will be charged for late cancellations. Thank you!
