Instructor Vanashree Belgamwar is an Ayurvedic practitioner and a Hatha yoga teacher .She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery from the University of Health Sciences, India. In addition to that, she is trained in Nadi Pariksha an Ayurvedic pulse diagnostic tool that can tell a lot about a patient’s well being.Vanashree aims to globalize Ayurveda so people from all over the world can benefit from this 3000 year old holistic science.She feels that people can achieve good health only if they are healthy on all the four levels of body, mind, senses and soul.Her consults usually focus on balancing all these aspects of life.Listening to her clients and guiding them through their ups and downs is what she likes the most about her practice.
