Service Description

This class will be held at Victory Memorial 41st and Xerxes If it is below 55 degrees or raining class will move to the studio and you will be notified via email. Vinyasa Flow: This class incorporates the rhythmic parts of vinsaya flow, linking our breath and movement with moments of stillness. Postures will build strength and flexibility and cultivate stillness in your body and mind. All levels welcome, the instructor will provide support for individuals new to yoga and the more experienced yogi. Instructor: Laurie

Cancelation Policy

Weekly classes require cancellations to be at least 2 hours in advance for a full refund. Massage, Thai bodywork, yoga therapy appointments and workshops require cancellations to be at least 24 hours in advance for a refund. The full session rate will be charged for late cancellations. Thank you!
