Service Description

Online or in person options. (Please book at least 24 hours in advance) "One on One Yoga for Healing" is a mind body approach to physical and emotional healing that incorporates different aspects of yoga. Approaches used include physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation and more to improve an individual's health and well being, and to create balance. You will co-create a plan with your yoga therapist. INITIAL appointment 1.5 hours This session is designed to get to know you and understand what you need. Time will be dedicated to exploring the appropriate tools of yoga that address the whole system: body, mind, breath, personality & emotion. At the end of the session, Jess will send you home with a personalized practice that you can integrate into your daily routine. FOLLOW-UP session 1 hour We are in relationship with life which provides unique challenges and constant change. It's important to adapt your daily practice under the guidance of a teacher. Through daily practice, we establish new patterns and maintain a state of attention, balance and peace. SLIDING SCALE FEE INITIAL appointment: $50-$120(value $120) This session is valued at $120 but offered on a sliding scale mode FOLLOW-UP session: $40-$90(Value $90) This session is valued at $90 but offered on a sliding scale mode It takes time to integrate new patterns. Jess recommends a minimum commitment of 3 sessions (an initial appointment and 2 follow up sessions). Jess is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) with 10 years of teaching experience. She is a devoted student of the Viniyoga lineage which emphasizes function over form, breath and adaptation & the art of sequencing. Jess has felt the transformative effects of yoga in her own life as it has helped her heal from an eating disorder, build confidence, improve her sleep and manage her anxiety. She feels passionately about helping other people move towards happier, healthier lives through yoga.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel 24 hours in advance for workshops for a full refund. For in studio weekly classes please cancel at least 3 hours in advance for a refund. If you paid with a class package you can go into your account, find "my bookings" and cancel. Your class pass will be deposited back into your account.
